PERSONAL TRAINING

How it Works:
* Complete a Fitness Assessment with your trainer and choose your training days and times * 
* Meet your trainer on your chosen training days and complete your workout with your trainer *
* If you need to cancel or re-schedule a scheduled session it must be done 4 hours prior to the session or it will be deemed as used * 

About the Workouts: 
* Workouts are approx. 1 hour, depending on the individual workout and program design *
*Workouts will be completed at the Raw Fitness home studio and outdoors*
*Workouts will include a warm up and stretching at the end of the workout *
* A variety of workouts will be provided specific to your needs and goals (HIIT , Intervals, Weight Training, Kettlebells, Suspension Training, Bodywieght , Tabata, Resistance Bands, Medicine Ball, Stability Ball) *

Additional Features:

* Monthly Fitness Assessments *
* Unlimited Email Support *
* Nutritional Guidance *
$45/ Session, monthly contract required

 


PARTNER TRAINING

How it Works:
* Find a partner that you feel comfortable working out with *
* Complete a fitness asessment with your partner and trainer *
* Meet your trainer on your chosen training days and complete your workout with your trainer *
* If you need to cancel or re-schedule a scheduled session it must be done 4 hours prior to the session or it will be deemed as used * 

About the Workouts:
* Workouts will be designed
 specific to both of your needs and goals *

* Workouts are approx. 1 hour, depending on the individual workout and program design *
*Workouts will be completed at the Raw Fitness home studio and outdoors*
*Workouts will include a warm up and stretching at the end of the workout *
* A variety of workouts will be provided specific to your needs and goals (HIIT , Intervals, Weight Training, Kettlebells, Suspension Training, Bodywieght , Tabata, Resistance Bands, Medicine Ball, Stability Ball) *

$30 (+tax) per session per person



BUILD YOUR OWN BOOTCAMP
How it Works:
* Assemble a group of friends consisting of 5-10 people *
* Choose the desired location for your bootcamp, your home, outdoors or at a facility *
* Pick the theme of your bootcamp such as a Stroller Bootcamp, Learn to Run, Build Muscle *
* You can also design your own bootcamp ie. stroller, learn to run *

About the Workouts:
* Bootcamps will be designed
 specific to your groups needs and goals *
* Each bootcamper will receive before and after fitness assessments *
* Bootcamps will consist of two one-hour sessions per week for four weeks *
* Bootcamps will include a variety of equipment and diversified program designs *
$150 (+tax) per person
